I thought about this some time ago, my idea was to add some pressure sensors under the "skin" of a dildo possibly a horsecock attached to a box where the power supply, controller and other things would be located. It would have a water pump to make it harder softer (and possibly vary it's temperature) depending on the input, and a cum feature that is executed when it has been stimulated enough according to elaborate algorithms processing the data coming from the sensors. That's about as real as it can get.
