Spanish question

Is "¿que te sucede?" pretty much the same as "what's wrong?" "What's the matter?"–is it ever rude, like you're implying the person is overreacting?

”What's wrong” may be translated as "Que pasa?" making they question way less personal.

”que the sucede?" or ”que te pasa?” is a personal question, it implies the person is kind of the problem. "Que pasa?" is more like a question about the state of affairs.

Also, you are missing a question mark and the "Que" when in a question should be checked like "¿Qué?".

"ya veo"…people seem to say this like "I see"…So if someone explained something to me I said "Oh, ya veo" is that like "Oh, I get it now"?

Also, I think I have heard "ya se" (instead of "ya lo se"), it seemed like the person was saying, "Oh, I know (I have an idea), let's sing together!"–Would it be normal to say it like that?

Well, for the "ya veo" it is indeed equivalent to "I see" in english, so the example you made, makes sense.
As for the "ya se", it can be used in both ways, in spanish "ya lo se" is not usually used really. So when you hear "ya se", it could mean "I already know" or "I know! Let's do this", it really depends on the context.
