Not Op. but today I'll get this done, and hopefully put my sleep schedule back on track, granted, it never works, not without discipline and sleeping habits, almost 7 am around here, eyes are a little heavy, but I'm holding up.

Did you do it anon? Whenever I need to push my sleep schedule back I usually ban internet after midnight, focus on exercising more during the day and push it back 30 minutes every day or so. Without the interwebs the only thing I usually have to do late at night is watch anime/tv shows and after a couple hours of doing that I'm usually burnt out to want to go to sleep instead.

Yours seems like a plan, an as I stated in my post, it never works, that day I stood until 10 am doing inane shit then took a shower, and after that watched a little tv laying down, big mistake, I blacked out for about an hour and a half or so, then I just powered trough the rest of the day, pissing it away at the interwebs and disassembling an old notebook I'm yet to reassemble. Went to sleep at about 10:30 pm but unfortunately I woke up at 2:00 am, could only catch the sandman again at 3:00 am and then I ignored my alarm and sleep till 10:00 am, so that night I was back at square one, and here we are now.

I also felt like shit for almost all of the day.

Breddy gud. Watching slice of life moeshit is pretty relaxing at night, although I usually can't get through more than a couple episodes without getting bored. Got to throw in something else for contrast.

Anyway, how are you going now? I'm back at university (I'm >>2747, I was on holiday for a month) so I have to get up at about ~5:30am to catch a lift into the city. Staying up too late though nowadays (it's no fun having to go to bed at ~9:30 if I don't want to be sleep deprived), so I probably need to get stricter with sleep.

I didn't end up finishing it that night haha. Finished it today though. Have some cola from having company over so I now have some fuel with possibly playing some vidya or watching more anime.

I hope your holiday was good, anon. I'm actually going to community college next year myself. Pretty excited, just hope I can get a good sleep schedule going on.

Here's how I scrape by.

1) stay active, movement, move your whole body around occasionally.

2) eat regularly with non-acidic food to balance your coffee and etcetera. Acid reflux is terrible.

3)If you're really fucked up in the day, have a thirty minute power nap (IN THE DAY)

3.5) If you have to powernap, find a nice place and set your alarm for thirty minutes, then close eyes and sleep.

When your alarm goes off, get up IMMEDIATELY and then go do some exercise, go for a run, do some pull-ups, if you bring up a sweat, that's even better.
