Here's how I scrape by.
1) stay active, movement, move your whole body around occasionally.
2) eat regularly with non-acidic food to balance your coffee and etcetera. Acid reflux is terrible.
3)If you're really fucked up in the day, have a thirty minute power nap (IN THE DAY)
3.5) If you have to powernap, find a nice place and set your alarm for thirty minutes, then close eyes and sleep.
When your alarm goes off, get up IMMEDIATELY and then go do some exercise, go for a run, do some pull-ups, if you bring up a sweat, that's even better.
