So, i've been getting into exercising recently, particularly late at night. Just trying to get in shape, build some muscle, improve strength and endurance, etc. Oddly, i'm basically just ignoring most other elements of my health ( for example, i get NO FUCKING SLEEP).
Besides only having the time and energy at night, the cool air and darkness make for a fantastic setting to put a fire in your muscles. When i do sleep, I sleep far better now.
Also, there's no real way to explain this other than actually doing it but,
it just feels awesome once you're done. Plus just knowing that you pushed through some kind of pain. Especially once you can think of it as progress instead of just pain.
Sorry if this doesn't really fit here, but I guess I just want to share a new latenight experience with other night owls. And maybe add something to your nights if you're willing to try it.
