Hey /late/

Starting next week I have to get up at 5 to work 5:30 am until 2 pm. I've been a NEET until now so I usually end up going to sleep at 5 and waking up at 2. How am I going to move my sleep schedule so drastically in only a couple days?

Luckily I'll only be working the job for 2 weeks until I go to Uni, I just need some extra pocket money

Stay up for a whole day until the appropriate time to fall asleep rolls around.

Repeat until success.

It's emotionally and mentally devastating, but also the fastest and most reliable method I know. (I'm currently working it as well. Already messed up the first try.)

On days I have to work, I have managed to get to sleep earlier using melatonin. It still sucks though, I find myself exhausted throughout the day, and I can't do anything with my friends past 10:30 really which is irritating.

My boss wants me to work everyday next week. I think I'm going to call him and tell him I cant do this anymore
