i've been eating a metric shit ton of sunflower seeds lately. no idea why but they're pretty tasty and give you something to do. just pop in a handful and get to work. sometimes if i'm at a desk or table or something, i'll just remove the shells and save a bunch of the actual seeds to be eaten at the same time without all the processing for each one.
