There is nothing to translate, really. The girl keeps on pressing them to wish something for her on video and they (especially Lera) keep being awkward. You can tell by the body language. At one point she says to Lera "Bugorskaya, come on say something already". I wish the girl next to Lera did CD modelling too, she's so adorable.

The arm at the extreme right in pic 3 is possibly Lera's. There were 11 girls in the performance video and in this picture there are 9 and an arm. Worth keeping just as a reminder of her appearance in the performance video anyway.
