I goofed. While in theory we can into full retard I doubt anyone other than me would marry as a solution to acquire them.

Its really simple to become a mod.

I don't know mate, If they check dosn't say void after XXX days go to an actual bank teller and try to deposit it.

It is YOUR money, If it is void then I assume you go through the process of reporting it as uncollected wages and try to get some money out of it that way.

I'm sure if the boss is cool he will give you a new check, but it was YOUR responsibility to cash the check.

Can't enter the home unless invited, suspect broke into your home, theres reason to beleive a crime is in progress that will result in injury, Medical attention is needed and/or a landlords premission.

Some states give you the warrent after a seach. The kill your dog kinda search.

The law states that an officer may not enter your home unless invited or has reason to suspect a crime has been committed or that a crime is in progress. Or he needs a warrant, which can be issued by a judge. It can be from seeing your bong on the table when you answer the door. This can also be obtained by looking in the back seat of your car while he has you pulled over and he sees bags and guns on the back seat after someone has robbed a bank.

I was wondering if anyone here has information pertaining to the civilian ownership of automatic firearms in the US.

Obviously it'll vary a bit by state. But I've been hearing conflicting stories from websites and friends.

Basically, what I had thought up until recently was that a civilian can own an automatic weapon so long as a certain part (I can't remember which, the receiver?) was made before a date in the 1980s, which was when a law prohibiting the ownership of automatics was passed, and so long as the person has a class 3 liscense.

But now I've heard different from several sources so I'm not sure what to believe.

Basically, to put my question simply…

Would it be at all possible for me, as an American citizen, to own a fully automatic M249 SAW?
