Good taste, OP. Cooking with Dog is one of my favorites!

You might not think it, but Gordon Ramsay's youtube channel is as comfy as anything. Each one is just a few minutes of concentrated cooking zen.

I've never had (let alone made) Mulled Wine, but it sounds like a really nice holiday thing.
