I think drawing is a comfy way to wind down, when I'm just doodling and not putting effort into improving. Free after the price of the tablet (which varies very widely) if you pirate programs, or just buy cheap paper and use the basic utensils you already own.
I also like to walk in the woods and try to identify plants and birds but I'm not sure if that counts.
