>muh bombing runs

Inefficient and insufficient. The first large-scale bomber raid was in May 1942 on Cologne and it took months to repeat that and only by 1943 were they in any way regular. Even then the losses were high and results mediocre until 1944

“In the first half of 1944, battle casualty rates for every 1,000 bomber crewmen serving six months in combat included 712 killed or missing and 175 wounded: 89 percent. By one calculation, barely one in four U.S. airmen completed twenty-five missions over Germany, a minimum quota that was soon raised to thirty and then thirty-five on the assumption that the liberation of France and Belgium and the attenuation of German airpower made flying less lethal.” ― Rick Atkinson, The Guns at Last Night: The War in Western Europe 1944-1945

“Allied air forces flying from England lost twenty bombers a day in March; another three thousand Eighth Air Force bombers were damaged that month. Morale problems could be seen in the decision of nearly ninety U.S. crews in March and April to fly to neutral countries, usually Sweden or Switzerland, to be interned for the duration.” ― Rick Atkinson, The Day of Battle: The War in Sicily and Italy, 1943-1944

The only reason they got even a modicum of success was because the Luftwaffe diverted the majority of its best forces to the Eastern Front, up to 80% at one point. >the British thought it would be worth it for the express purpose of cutting the Soviets off from the rest of Europe

The British were fucking gits who were still stuck on the 1930s political idea of sticking it to the Russians, while the USA was being pragmatic in wanting to stick it to them after the war was won. The Balkans would have been a catastrophe because the terrain gave the German defenders all the advantages and the closeness to Germany would give them ample supplies to do so.

> hope was to land in the Balkans and sweep up to central Europe, thus cutting off the Red Army from advancing further.

And as I said, it would have been a failure

>The American specifically rejected this plan because they knew landing in France would bring about a swifter German defeat.

True but it would also deny France and Western Germany from Soviet influence or rather further Soviet influence. If I must remind you, after the war the most positive attitude to the liberators of Europe was to the USSR even in France. This has changed but only through the concentrated propaganda of NATO.

>The accomplishments of Mussolini and his Fascist Party were widely admired and was looked upon as having saved Italy from a communist dictatorship of the type that developed in the Russian Empire. An American admirer was Hugh Johnson, the man who managed government policy during World War I. Franklin Roosevelt chose Hugh Johnson to design his program called The New Deal for coping with the problems of the Great Depression. There was not much faith in a purely market economy at the time. Johnson adopted some of the policies of Mussolini for the Roosevelt New Deal. He also adopted programs of other corporatist leaders in Europe such as Miguel Primo de Rivera in Spain. This was the origin of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).

Everyone knows what he focused on last campaign was basic. Since then he's expanded a lot of his policy positions.

>proposed United States Employee Ownership Bank Act which sets aside $500 million in low interest loans for efforts to create co-ops and to convert businesses into being more employee owned. Further stipulates that if an employer orders the closing of a factory or plant, workers have the chance to purchase it in a stock ownership plan

>his Workplace Democracy Act speeds up the voting process for unions and bans right to work laws

>recently proposed co-determination for big corporations under the pressure of Elizabeth Warren

>Federal Jobs Guarantee

>expanding the Post Office to function as a public bank

And if we include free state university and single payer, we get an agenda that (1) expands the role of government in ways that are empirically proven to be effective and raise public trust in government (2) expands the power of workers in ways that would make them more class conscious

He's on the same tier as Corbyn at this point. And he's very capable of firing people up. The fight for 15 alone riled up workers who wouldn't have gone on strike if their boss made letting him cuck them mandatory.

If Marxist principles are so great, why don't all of you pool your resources, buy some land in the Midwest, and start showing the world how great Marx and Engles were? Why do you need the state's Monopoly of Violence to create a collectivism state,if it is efficient, self-sufficient, and legal right now? If you need offensive force, in a lawful society, to compel the unwilling obedience of your fellow man in order for your system to work, doesn't that mean your system doesn't work? Why does an efficient, fair, and moral political system require the victimization of others? I'm not trolling. I just want to know how you could justify such a position, rationally.

Except that its completely illegal to create a parrallel state, as well as the fact that western nations, specifically the US, have overthrown and sabotaged and outright waged war on every socialist state abroad. To think that they will leave alone a socialist state inside their own country when they go to war with ones on the other side of the globe is just proof you are either delusional or you willfully ignore reality to feel vindicated in your beliefs.

the capitalist state is used to enforce capitalist economic system, without out it capitalist property, markets or money could not exist. Go have a look at your own system before you come bugging us.

>If you need offensive force

Do you even know how many democratically elected leaders got overthrown by capitalists with offensive force ?

>in a lawful society

capitalists don't even follow their own laws… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qfrhATD4nM0

>doesn't that mean your system doesn't work?

lol capitalism crashed in 2008, then capitalist stole money from the public, kicked people out of their houses crashed or austerity-sabotaged the economies of entire countries and suppressed democracy. They have killed so many people with structural violence that they make Stalin look like a pacifist.

>Why does an efficient, fair, and moral political system require the victimization of others? I'm not trolling.

Oh no, victimization is not required, capitalists are free to give up stealing surplus from workers and society.

Anyway, socialists did try to build systems without states, and then they figured out they needed state power instruments just to survive because capitalists had the neighbourly attitudes of a rampaging murder gang.

Honestly, I can’t tell, I’ll be honest I use Reddit about as much as I’m on here, and pretty much all the anarchists on Reddit are total fucking psychopaths and nutjobs, the vast majority think that Leninists are their greatest enemies bar fascists and they all hyperfocus on idpol and individualist bullshit than communism or anarchism. And I notice a lot of outspoken anarchists are like this to a large degree.

As far as theory goes, idk what’s really behind anarchism at this point; the first workers’ movements were more similar to anarchist formations than state socialist ones, and they were all slaughtered by the state very quickly, as was just about every attempt at anarchism committed to, I’m pretty sure Marx even came up with his theories about state control because of anarchists’ utter inability to deal with counterrevolutions.

So, yea, is it just Reddit, or anarchists in general?

Usually there are separate groups for beginners and intermediate students so it's not like a bunch of professional boxers are just gonna beat the shit out of you the moment you step your foot in the place.

Part one:

I have finalized my thoughts on paraphilias and their role in the physical and mental health of an individual.

First, we must consider the limits of a paraphilia. What are the limits? To those who take part in paraphilias, these limits are "safe words". However, it is plain to see that safe words are nothing but a way to prevent the paraphilia from spiralling out of a person's control within too short of a time period, rather than an accurate or even logical limit to engaging in a fetish.

What are the actual limits, then?

The actual limit is the point at which the fetish becomes harmful to the individual or to others.

Take, for example, masochism. There are several levels of extremity, as with any fetish, but with masochism these levels are much more pronounced, as each level depicts the degrading view of someone's body or their treatment of/by others in order to chase sexual release.

One of the least extreme ways of engaging in masochism is either spanking or humiliation.

Spanking can be considered healthy to an individual. It can increase blood flow throught the body, to name one of the benefits. On the other hand, inviting people to spank you can lead to other more serious endeavors. That is not to say that it always does, just that it tends to. Let's say that an individual engaging in being spanked to derive sexual pleasure wants to go further. He tells his partner to bind him and gag him, and to spank him until he gives his safe word.

Unfortunately, being bound and gagged makes it hard to say a safe word.

Let's say that he spends several days in someone's dungeon, bound and gagged, being spanked by various individuals. Is this healthy? Certainly not. For one, his hands and feet can lose circulation because of being bound for prolonged periods of time. On the other hand, his mental state can degrade quite easily when subjected to treatment of this nature, because he quite simply never asked for this level of extremity.

Part three:

Let's compare the viewership of pornography and the threats of engagement in unhealthy sexual practices with that of fantasizing about self-harm and the threats of engaging in self-harm (or worse, suicide).

Let's say that an individual engages in viewing pornographic material depicting castration once a month. Is this okay? Is it something that we should be concerned about? The answer is that it is not a problem for us, although it may be a problem for him. He has made no threats of engaging in this practice, but it is still possible for him to become addicted to the pornography and to allow it to consume his life and ruin his sexual life. The rate of viewership is low, showing us that the fantasies have not consumed his life as of yet. What about someone who fantasizes about self-harm? Well, it is certainly not healthy - but is it something we should be concerned about? Only if they threaten to engage in it, and allow those fantasies to become far too frequent for his comfort.

If a person fantasizes about engaging in unhealthy sexual practices, that's his problem. That's not something we should be concerned about. If he is concerned, then it is up to his own volition of whether or not he wants to seek help to remove these fantasies from his mind. However, if somebody has threatened to engage in such fantasies, has engaged in such fantasies, or has allowed these fantasies to dominate his mind, that is our problem. We would not allow someone who threatens self-harm or suicide to choose to engage in these things, and we should not allow those who threaten to engage in such practices to engage in them. We must do everything within our power to ensure that such fantasies are not realized - lest they become an addiction that consumes an individual's life and threaten his health and well-being in the process.

lol I just wasted my time reading common-sense sentences like "we should be concerned when the health and well-being of the individual is threatened."

You'd be surprised to know that such sentences are not considered "common sense" within either the individualistic, liberal psychiatric community or fetishistic communities.
