Even the USSR practiced the idea of creating specific republics for specific peoples rather than forcing everyone together.

"Workers of the world" can work, but when you make "the world" stay in one country it becomes immensely more difficult to get them to work together when the elite are practicing divide and conquer. Saying "stop caring about race you idiots" doesn't do much to change the fact that the average person does end up caring about their race.

Hence multiculturalism is not helpful in any way to socialism, it only helps the rich get richer in the short run as workers divide against each other and then helps fascists rise to power in the long run as the majority race groups up to defend itself against perceived invaders instead of working to defeat the rich who actually cause the problems.

That's a strategy employed by people who are just following socialism as a kind of game rather than something that needs to actually happen.

The muslims also will not end up working with the workers under even the best scenario, because vast welfare programs which enable people to not work just exist to placate the masses. The muslims tend towards violence and have as much to lose from the collapse of the system of the rich. They are not fertile ground for any kind of revolution in europe because they do not have chains.
