So what does /liberty/ think of the TPP.

Personally I'm all for free trade and all that. But the intellectual property chapter and the stuff regarding pharmaceutical patenting and data protection seems pretty shitty. Not to mention all the secrecy surrounding the negotiations.

It's the Free Market's will.

Those "free trade" treaties are never about free trade.

Also that video of Obama saying feelsy shit about TPP is to combat "unjust" working conditions like if children and extremely poor people would just stop working because some hypocrite first-worlders want to deny them the only thing that keeps them from starving.

"muh working children are unfair competition so they should starve now"

"muh enslaved labor that would starve otherwise must starve now by restricting our trade"

"muh I pretend to care about all this shit when I don't even understand or have read that shit I'm going to vote"

>So what does /liberty/ think of the TPP.

Like every other law that has been passed in my lifetime, the TPP exists to tax the working class and grant the money to wall street bankers and billionaires, who divide the proceeds between destroying the country and purchasing the politicians that allow them to do so.

>deny them the only thing that keeps them from starving.

yeah ok. most of those people lived in small, self-sustaining farm/fishing villages before multi/trans-national capitalists moved in thanks to "free trade" (under the gun of the IMF and WTO) who then plowed the places under to build sweat shops.

tbh anarcho-capitalists are seriously confused about what ideology to follow. its ok, we were all retarded at one point in our lives lads

>implying WTO and IMF are consistent with AnCap philosophy

>implying we don't want to bring the whole thing burning to the ground so we can set up small, self-sustaining villages

File: 1446677990055.jpg (52.79 KB, 1280x720, 16:9, next_step_masterplan.jpg)

All of three T-treaties (TTIP, TPP, TISA) are the next steps of the master plan: Binding the signatories to the US and harmonize all legal frameworks as much as possible without outright political union.

 No.11906

>>11843

Free trade is in this sense a misnomer. Most of the countries in the TPP subsidise at least a portion of their exports. American farmers for example receive subsidies for their government, meaning that the other countries growers are not competing in a free market place.

 No.12013

>So what does /liberty/ think of the TPP.

It's a recipe of economic disaster. This TPP regulation destroy free market even further.
