Fuck that. If by individualism you mean being able to take everyone else's property/money to fund your needs and desires, then slavery maximized the individualism of the slave master and dictatorships maximize the individualism for dictators.

If you want to not be dependent upon other people in a free society stop being a retard and buy health insurance (which would, by the way, be far, far, far cheaper without the government forcing insurance companies to give people insurance policies after they've gotten sick.)

He's right about individualism and collectivism.

Collectivism is retarded, because groups cannot act, as they are only concepts. There is no metaphysical groupthing that can enforce its will or even articulate it, because individuals do everything. It's really a leftover of the idea of a gestalt nationhood that was popular in nationalist thought, that a nation was almost, or was, a metaphysical thing; today it's cast adrift without any historical bearings because it's been discredited heavily after World War II. Such groups will always need a "representative" person, who cannot possibly be representatives of the entire group. They may have things in common, but they will not have all things in common between themselves.

Those who claim to speak for a group, without having any sort of election to gauge the group's attitudes or compliance, is merely seeking power over others, including the group they claim to represent.

Damn shame Sargon still doesn't know anything about economics, but I do love him skewering SJWs.

You nailed it. It's fun to think about if this could ever happen on some level with the help of technology. Could multiple individuals ever somehow truly come together without being a group of individuals? Could they do so without going full Evangelion and getting tang'd or turning into the Borg?
