nah, that was Galt's Gulch Chile. The guy from the Chilean government forgot to vouch for the water supply, and they were in a (relatively) dry area. So everyone got refunds and it was closed.

FortGalt is up, and the four founders live there full-time, and a couple of people come and go (AFAIK).
