>Who do you consider more libertarian and why?
Neither. They're both sleazy demagogues targeting the absolute worst parts of their respective parties. The only meaningful difference between the two is which end of the political spectrum their authoritarian bullshit falls on.
>If it came down to it, who would you vote for?
Trump. His brand of crazy is more immediately obvious to the average person, and so I really doubt that any of his wackier ideas would make it through. Sanders, on the other hand, is part of a growing sentiment in the US that socialism is in any way viable, and that's something I'd really like to see stamped out before it's too late. I'd say he's a symptom of a much larger problem, but he also seems to be actively making it worse. Trumps still concerns me a great deal, of course, but in the long term, I would say President Sanders would do far more lasting damage than President Trump.
