Ok I'm new to /liberty/ but I was wondering if you're mostly libertarians what your opinions on Bernie Sanders is.

Nice guy, but it's pointless that he's nice because it's ruined by his ignorance of his own ignorance, especially on economic issues.

He's the Trump of the Democrats, and just as buzzwordy with just as much substance.

The lower 2% of the top 40% of the middle 23% of the lower 87% of the 51st percentile had 71% less liquid assets than the lower 8% of the top 92% of the 97th percentile of the top 1% in 2003, adjusting for GDP growth and inflation.

Socialism is clearly the solution to this problem.

>Cannot into morality

>Cannot into individualism

He also cant into basic economics, or getting a job, or not being a government parasite

 No.18430

He's likable as a personality, but he's not even particularly good on foreign policy, which is one area that leftists are usually clued in on.

>As the drumbeat for war with Iran got louder, Rep. Sanders voted for the Iran Freedom Support Act, which codified sanctions imposed since the fall of the Shah and handed out millions to “pro-freedom” groups seeking the overthrow of the Tehran regime. The Bush administration, you’ll recall, was running a regime change operation at that point which gave covert support to Jundullah, a terrorist group responsible for murdering scores of Iranian civilians.

Bernie Sanders is the worst m8, I don't even want to go into it. But he won't help the poor. He'll make the really impoverished unemployed and on welfare, while crushing the young with taxes and failures of industry. Meanwhile production will fall and economic growth will be shit.

I think we could even end up worse than Europe since we have a lot more blacks and Hispanics and the welfare state can only handle so much.

Especially if there is another bust recovering will be very difficult with big taxes on new investment, high minimum wage, tons of regulation, and people wanting to be on welfare instead of getting temporary work

>Keynesians think there will be 5.4% growth under Sanders

Which is why China's economy is so great -,-

 No.18450

I think 2015 GDP growth in the US was 1.3% or something.
