>That is exactly the same as state toll roads
Except:
1) The state doesn't actually own anything.
2) AnCaps aren't complaining about toll roads; paying for what you use only makes sense. What they're complaining about is taxes, which are paid under threat of force whether you use the roads or not.

>in ancap youre an agressor and the capitalist has every right to break your legs
I've got a grand idea! This guy owes me money, so I'm going to break his legs! That'll:
A) Make sure he's fully equipped to pay me back.
B) Endear me to others I might want to do business with.
C) In no way expose myself or my agents to the danger of him protecting himself personally or through agents of his own.
Surely that's more effective and profitable than just updating his credit score to represent the delinquency, thereby affecting people's willingness to do business with him until he corrects it.

>Any time someone owns something there's a hierarchy.
hi·er·ar·chy
ˈhī(ə)ˌrärkē/
noun
a system or organization in which people or groups are ranked one above the other according to status or authority.
Ownership is universal: everyone owns something, so to respect ownership is to respect the rights of all persons. This does not establish a hierarchy.
