Speaking as a libertarian:
This is fucking stupid.
If you want actual political discussion that isn't dominated by Nazi fetishists, why not create a neutral board for political discussion? Splitting up into /pol/, /leftypol/, and /libertypol/ (and soon /anarchopol/ and /greenpol/) only splinters the discussion, and further solidifies Nazi dominance on /pol/.

Stormfags only shit up whatever they get into. I like this idea.

Why not both? /libertypol/ for in depth discussion with the assumption of knowledge about liberty, and /pol/ for general debate.

/pol/ was meant as the neutral discussion board. As was /new/ back at 4chan. So attempts at neutral boards have failed.

How about we stop splintering ourselves into smaller boards? Why is it bad that we might have to listen to a different perspective from our own on /pol/?

http://www.8chan.co/libertypol/res/14.html#q42It's nice to have a refuge from /pol/ where you can discuss the intricacies of these subjects.
Btw, did /meadhall/ ever get shit for being NatSoc only?

>>9>Speaking as a libertarian:>Splitting up…only splinters the discussion, and further solidifies Nazi dominance on /pol/.If the nationalists want /pol/, they're welcome to it. I'm not interested in playing capture-the-flag with stormfags and SJWs.
I'm also not interested in all the nasty pedo bullshit that /pol/ is attracting like an electromagnet. Why in
the hell would I want to deal with that when I can just post on the smaller subpol boards that don't have all that trash? If they want the rest of us to join the conversation, tell the NatSocs to do their damn job and purge the pedo posts from /pol/.
>>44>Why is it bad that we might have to listen to a different perspective from our own on /pol/?Different perspectives? Here's a rough summary of the current threads I see in the /pol/ catalog:
>THE JEWS>niggerniggerniggernigger>kebab>Hitler was an okay guy>SEKRUT EW EN AGENDA>WUN WARLD GOOBERMINT>3 pedo threads, one with what seems to be actual certified practitioner>[random NatSoc thread title goes here]>shillshillshillshillQuality stuff right there. Very relevant to libertarians, amirite? The only thing /pol/ is good for right now is news and sucking up all the shitposting so the rest of us don't have to deal with it.

pol is now completely dominated by threads about Jews, degeneracy and the greatness of the white race. they've also driven off all the fun threads which they have labeled shitposting.

Here's a thought for my fellow libertarians:
We can all agree that competition is one of, if not the best, ways for good ideas to surface and take root.
If we all divide ourselves into our little boards, there won't be any real conflict.
If there's no conflict, we get stagnant and our beliefs won't be challenged and either be refuted or reinforced.
tl;dr splitting into hugbox boards will only weaken our minds
0e5f8b No.239
Guys the whole point of Hotwheels making it to where we can make our own boards is the fact if we don't like it on one board, we can make another. I never browsed /pol/ because the most serious discussion you could get was "Lol kikes did 9/11" so if anything its a good thing we're splintering from /pol/.
