You are right, but I don't remember much, except for the books having been uploaded on Mega and the OP being a tripfag (at least in those particular threads). His threads got a lot of replies and he seemed to be much smarter than your usual imageboard magician. If anyone has the collection, I think he would know what I'm talking about.
