Not sure if this is the appropriate board/place to ask but I was wondering if someone could draw something for me

I had a dream and this girl was in it, so I decided to make her an OC of sorts. She looked bout 12-14, slender and a little curvy, dark blue/navy hair and wore a black headband and pouch thing with silver sparkles and lines, one stocking was black and the other was black and white stripped. She also wore a lopsided top and cut up shorts.

I can't remember the colours of the belt, shorts, top or eye colour or even what shoes she wore but I'm having trouble with making the colours look good. To start off I'd like to link a few things that have helped my progress along greatly.

As you all know, most of the reportable CP spam is coming from 1 or 2 bots that are ban evading. In order to combat this, I proposed with the board owner the idea of making users fill out a captcha in order to make new threads, but we both still wanted to run this by the community and see if its something you guys would be okay with. You guys have actually been pretty good as far as reporting shit in a timely manner, so I gotta give credit where credit is due. You guys keep it up and I'll keep up my end of the job (when mod.php hasn't gone down for the billionth time today. gg Hotwheels)

This can also be the general meta thread where you can post questions, comments, and angry tirades about how terrible of a job I'm doing.

I am starting a new thread for it since the old one is filled to the brim with old information no longer relevant to the original project.

In this game you take on the role of a guy in his early twenties. He is a real looser and he recently got out of jail after spending a few months there for breaking an entering. While in prison he became friends with his cellmate, a man named Ed. Ed is a filmmaker of the erotic variety.

The story begins with the Protagonist moving in to his parents old house in the town he grew up Grimwood. He has to step on eggshells around people as a simple phone call would get him sent back to jail.
