If you mean 'actually made as anime' and not 'game rip' or flash the fact is there simply isn't many of them and no uncensored that I know of.
The only reason
any uncensored hentai exists at all is because it got distribution outside of Japan (such as the US).
Some of the Cream Lemon series is loli and Uchiyama Aki did a few loli hentai animes.
Other than that, if it's loli it's a game rip (like Mahotama) a short done in flash (like Ai-chan and the pink room) or CGI (like the 'yufia' series).
