I had an idea a long time ago about a loli game (shota and regular stuff would be in it too, and the player could select what kind of game they wanted depending on what they like).
You are the owner of a brothel and you get access to a portal gun that makes portals that lead to various other worlds (ie you could go to the world from any given anime/cartoon show). You go there and each world is like a minigame. You can choose to manipulate various characters into joining your brothel as prostitutes or guards, or you can go in and fight/kidnap the girls (/boys/women).
Once you have them, you train them how to be sex slaves/prostitutes like in slavemaker, then you can set them to work, like simbrothel. They will get events, like friends or family members coming to rescue them, at which point you can fight, hire, enslave, or convince them to join your brothel.
There would be a mechanic similar to SDT where you could go and have sex with any of them whenever you liked (once you either get them to like you enough or you break them or both), which would allow you to do anything from anal to blowjobs to tickling to sex torture. Biko 3 was the first(and last) game I played which wasn't a glorified VN, but a full 3D game where you controlled the MC, not only picking options, but playing. The gameplay was simple, but still you controlled and freely moved a character, the basic of 99% normal games, but the rarest jewel in h-games.
The difficulty is a must-have, and luckily there is few puzzle h-games out there, but it is still rare to find new kinds of gameplay in a sea of "click to forward the video" or interactive VNs like AA2.
