Translation took longer than I tought because the artist uses 3px fonts and kanjis are so blurred due jpg I needed clairvoyance to understand. I take back what I said before, the quality is shit.

Probably not. Why it is classified as oppai loli. It's more a problem with oppai artists and people who like them not the tags. The artist says it's loli and even at times when it's not it will be defended as loli just because the artist mislabeled it.
