Anon you're going a great job educating people on western loli artists, but i've noticed a lot of your filenames from pixiv are like this

Which means it's not the source picture. When you view the gallery (multiple pics in one submission) on pixiv you have to click the icon in the top left to load the source image in the separate tab. For most of the submissions the difference is unnoticeable, but it's there. It becomes clear when you save large resolution pictures. Basically when you click to enter manga mode you're served resampled images. You can save both files (_master1200 and my method) and compare the two to see for yourself.

yeah, you can look at "image quality" or something like that depending on your offline image viewer, it shows less than 100%, the bigger the source picture the lesser percentage will be.
You can use this program to download from pixiv, it operates from command line, but it's pretty straightforward. You can just batch download entire user profiles, their favorites etc.
