…though, if there are good alternatives that would work too. The plus to the Sims is the character customization. But I'm sure there are sex-based games with similar levels of custom and better sex sim.

I'm not sure about the other sim games but you can make a easy makeshift nude clothing for children with the body shop (it won't have nipples or genitals though)

You just make an article of clothing that is form fitting like pajamas or swimwear in the body shop, then find the file on your computer (mine was in "my documents" Sims file), open the file with the words alpha with paint and you'll notice that it's black and white. Just fill out the color that makes out the body shape into the opposite color and you'll have a nude loli clothes in the body shop, open the body shop and import the clothes.

Searching nude clothes on Google will show some instructions with visuals.
