I don't know where to find the original, but I know the characters are Asuha Touhara and Astarotte "Lotte" Ygvar from Lotte no Omocha. Hopefully that helps.

I know these are Lotte and Asuha (The filename says so :p ) Though that doesn't help at all, nothing gives any results to these.

I attempted to sauce myself, and found nothing. But google images also had a purge recently and deleted hundreds of thousands of loli-related results.
