Caliente just released a bodyslide alpha. That's what I used to make my lolis in Skyrim. Just wait for the modding community to mature a bit.

There are a lot there.

For Fallout 4 better wait a bit till the tools are out and people can import the models without having to do shamanistic sorcery.
