What? Of course fan art matter, no one is required to post only official stuff here. If someone has pictures of Tomoko as a loli, or with loli proportions, then they have just as much right posting here as anyone else.

What I mean is fanart has no point in the discussion of a character's body type. A non official artists can change the character in any way they please. Thus the follow up of saying one can find fanart of most loli characters where the artist made them not loli any more.
