Dont zip torrents, upload them as seperate files and directories just as they are normally stored so that people can browse the filesystem before downloading.

Since some people have limited or slow internet, it might be nicer to attempt to organize the images into folders, then zip them all up, then create a torrent that has the folders and the zip so users can decide what they want. Food for thought.

OP here, I'm gonna do both mega and torrent then but it's gonna take a while and I was thinking if It's better to seed these content in I2P, i haven't used I2P yet.

For aspiring archivers these are what I use:

I'd do it in 103 folders that way it's a lot easyer to browse, plus you could upload it to Mega or Dropbox for everyone to pick off what they don't have yet. One folder and they'll be getting multiples if something they probably already have.
