Well, at least it should be clear that a) they didn't know what they were doing, and b) he took advantage of the situation (e.g. p. 7). On page 12, I'd say he rapes Miyu.

You're of course right that this isn't a reality, but in reality it's regrettably also often the case that the male (and yes it's usually a family member) takes advantage of the girl by making her believe it's necessary (utilizing her inexperience; saying it's because he 'loves' her - could even be true…).
