Hi, I'm basically a professional artist (at least if you go by a generous definition of the word) chiming in here. I strongly doubt a professional artist anywhere in the world could advertise work on loli content and still get as much work as he would have been if he didn't. Even though Japan hasn't outlawed loli, and there's more acceptance for it, it doesn't mean that there is still heavy dislike for the subject. There's a reason there are laws to outlaw and censor loli content popping up every few years, because it's usually a popular move with the general public.
Now, in regards to your comments about the spread of art I really do not really understand why you wouldn't want western artists' work posted and promoted here. Sure, there isn't a filter for most of the content, but if you don't like what a thread is for, just hide it. I currently have nearly a dozen threads hidden on the front page alone, although a good chunk of them is spam.
Restricting and limiting where people would be allowed to post their work and get critique and praise is very counter-productive to keeping new loli artists in business. Even if they're no good now, it might be that they'll evolve into a new Born-to-die, Polyle, or Norasuko after a few years of practice and learning.
And if you absolutely hate western shit, go start a board exclusively for jap-lolis. Might turn out well, might not.
