pixiv and nijie are great for one-off images from artists, they are terrible for anything published (manga, doujinshi, CGs from games)

I'm logged into sadpanda now. The steps I used were:

1. log into e-hentai.

2. shut down FF.

3. locate cookies.sqlite; roughly where the profile is stored, run this command.

find . -name cookies.sqlite

4. open the file with sqlite3 and run the following sql.


insert into moz_cookies (baseDomain, appId, inBrowserElement,name,value,host,path,expiry,lastAccessed,creationTime,isSecure,isHttpOnly ) select 'exhentai.org', appId, inBrowserElement, name, value, '.exhentai.org', path, expiry, lastAccessed, creationTime, isSecure, isHttpOnly from moz_cookies where baseDomain = 'e-hentai.org';

5. restart browser.

6. open sadpanda link.

7. smile.

Yeah using the various add-ons that are often touted is almost always the wrong choice.

Personally, I signed up for E-H long enough ago that my access to Ex was immediate so long as the ExH cookie wasn't present when I logged into E-H. Lately I've heard that new accounts no longer have immediate potential for ExH access, but official comments aren't really clear on that. Waiting an (undisclosed) amount of time for the account to age seems to be the most reliable solution, but people who don't care to wait should probably just do what you did there.

The only way I've ever gotten past sadpanda is logging into g.e-hentai, then exporting the cookies on that site with editthiscookie, importing them into exhentai, and manually changing the domain mentioned in each cookie to exhentai.
