ecchi is neither nonsexual nor innocent, it's literally means perverted. it's the opposite of what OP is looking for.

sageing because I don't really have much to contribute besides saying >>37083 is right, look for stuff from the 80s or earlier, most nudity in modern anime is meant as fanservice (so, generally presented sexually even if the character and situation aren't)
