You'd probably need to decompile one of the .IAR files, then translate it, Change the displayed font and lastly format it nicely, so the text dosn't shift line in the middle of a word.

It's very possible, but probably not easy.

Instead I'd reccomend using google translate on phone, because you can translate from a picture. and if there's a letter that google doesn't recognize, you could always use kanji radicals to find the right kanji: http://www.romajidesu.com/kanji_radicals/
