Oh man, I guess the best place to start is finding a site with high resolution photographs of at least semi-nude people and working at that for a while each day, supplemented with hard anatomy studies from resources such as Proko's youtube channel or books like "the Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist" by Peck
