Kenny's shit, through and through, but god damn it his ending redeems him pretty well I think. Depending on what you choose at the end he ends up seeming like an even better guy.
Not apologizing for kenny but his reasons for his actions were pretty valid and reasonable in season 2.

The only thing that redeems it is that the plot sort of reminds me of Take Shelter.

Do you mean the indie/American feel? The animation was really bad when it came to the lip syncing. I'm not one to care usually but it was really noticeable, especially since a lot of the time it taken up with people talking to each other.
At least the game is self aware that Max is a negligent, awkward person who means well but often fails due to cowardice and/or being a bit self-obsessed.
