This is a project that consists of two things.

This isn't done for any moral reasons, I'm aware that we may get some people who haven't raided before involved with this, everyone needs to remember that /lulze/ is and never will be GG. Don't "debate" with them, we're not out to prove them wrong, but to ruin lives.

I'm pretty new to the whole board-owning scene, but I'm going to use this post to explain what I want this board to be all about.

When I was growing up, trolling was some of the funniest shit ever. Raids, bating, etc. are by and large gone from the internet in 2015, and this can serve as a concentrated effort to bring that kind of mentality back. This board can be used to coordinate attacks on other sites, boards, whatever you want, as long as someone's willing. And if they're not, we encourage you to do it solo if possible and post a trophy of your success here.

I'm aware that they exist, and I support their efforts, but to me it seems that /baphomet/ wants to be more of a "personal army" kind of board, whereas this is primarily for FUNNY trolling and griefing. Your goal here as a user of /lulze/ should be to keep the fish on the hook as long as possible, and to entertain your fellow trolls. Above all, you should remember to do it for the /lulze/

BYOND, oh god, where to start.
BYOND is a platform for hipsters to feel like they're game developers by writing in a language that's like a retarded offspring of Python and C#. The language has many limitations and is prone to memory leaks. It's proprietary software, and any game created with BYOND requires you to install BYOND to play it unless you want some shitty browser game.
The forum community for BYOND is so toxic, full of Redditors and stuck up retards with no self awareness. You can't call someone out on the forums without getting branded a troll, and people often use the term "derailing" as a buzzword for "disagreeing with me".
Most time spent on the forums are spent bitching about how there are no good games on BYOND instead of talking about what they could do to better themselves. Off-Topic is basically Facebook these days, and Design Philosophy is for shit that can't be done with BYOND. Also, users can filter each other out, meaning that if a user blocks you, they cannot see your posts and you cannot reply to their threads.

Organizing a Raid

What might make for a good target these days? Most FPSes have limited tactics to use, and they've generally been found, explored and beaten to death, both by groups and individuals. Folks in most social platforms have been saturated by folks getting a rise out of being offensive just for the sake of being offensive, with no creativity involved, that many communities have come numb or overprotective.
The finest part of the raids of yore was the organic collaboration. Rarely was anything planned beyond broad strokes, and the first instances of activities that turned into traditions spawned on the fly. You see someone dancing, saying some nonsense, using some function over and over to make some annoying noise, and it means nothing. A second person copying those motions turns it into an invitation for anyone to hop on the bandwagon, and you've got magic happening.
You see some folks forming an L? Probably going to be a swastika. Someone banging on a wall to make noise? Everyone should be banging on a wall to make noise. Find things to do while banging on walls until the novelty starts fading away. Then someone splinters out and finds that banging on something else makes an even more annoying noise, people follow along, but some might stick with old methods for added variety, and everything's revitalized once more.
We have to find something relatively untouched with unexplored options, where simply arriving en masse all by itself is, for one reason or another, appealing.
