You don't need an email domain that you own, when you need an email to set up an account, just use 10minutemail

Skype usually works for phone calls, only a retard would use their actual phone number.

And I don't know about manipulating someone's ISP or Cell Provider, that sounds like some kind of le ebin black hat hacker shit and i'm not sure how possible it is, but i'm not a computer guy.

Think about it for more than 30 seconds and you know they can figure it out. Skype logs the account calling, the number called, the time called,a nd the duration of the conversation. the police can supena those records. Skype is good for basic pranks, and that's it. If you're doing anything that would make police want to come after you you're fucked.
