In reference to the question, could you please refer to a specific game? I am happy to remove any games not conforming to full libre source code release. Please remember cuck licenses are permitted.

As for the beer comment, libre can be commercial and assets do not have to be gratis. Here is an interesting talk about the licensing of arts and creative works and how it differs from needed works such as code and manuals in regard to a users freedom and respective licensing.

He might mean that the games are based on commercial releases and look like indie ripoffs. Open engine implementations that use original game assets or clones of successful games aren't well known or discussed on online gaming communities and for a good reason, there's little incentive for most gaming websites to mention them. It gets confusing for newcomers to wrap their head around this as they expect all libre games to be original creations and not based off of major gaming franchises.
