I've added some custom textures in a folder titled ss13, and added some .tex files for the program to see the .png files, but it's still not showing them in the texture browser ingame.

What am I doing wrong?

you forget the (texture name).tex

if you texture is named like grass.png
then it would be grass.tex

and inside of it would be:
setshader "stdworld"
texture 0 "ss13/grass.png"

Well actually, I don't think shit gameplay is necessarily engine's fault since it's not that bad in Red Eclipse but still I didn't see a Cube 2 engine game with particularly good gameplay.
