Just a heads up to anyone wanting to play this in a higher resolution. You need to edit the config file in the .openjk home folder. It's a fucking good game btw.

Will it run under darkplaces engine? If so that's another option. (Darkplaces does q1 and q3 map formats, hl too)

My settings were in ~/.local/share/openjk/base

set r_mode to -2 <- much better

Also set cg_fov to something better suiting. 97 is the maximum, which is what I use on 1920x1080.
