love the upgrade system I can roll a straight zaku II and mow shit down

much more fun to mow down suits with a machine gun than a beam rifle

Got my copy in today. They added lots of little touches that make customization so much better. Just being able to color our weapons and choose things like camera/lens colors is amazing.

Here's my current suit. I'm hearing lots about how the new upgrade system makes anything viable, which sounds awesome. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble figuring the system out. All of my shit is at level one and I'm starting to have problems.

the leveling system is sweet as fuck but it's a bit more grindy now since you need certain items to upgrade parts

so far no problems upgrading the MS-06H I built since I slapped a standard zaku rifle and heat hawk but it's successor AMS-119R doesn't have any of it's weapons upgraded because I can't find the parts needed

also PSN is ForteSWN001 if anyone wants to team up

I've been hearing about how some suits are more OP than others. Is there no way to upgrade weaker suits to put them on par with the others?

there's a part upgrade system

basically the systme boils down to grind for the parts needed to upgrade the various pieces on your suit

personally I got through the first leg of the story just fine with a zaku II with the only changes being the legs and chest were from the Fz, the head from the FS, a GM shield in zaku green (like that one from 8th MS team had) and a heathawk and zaku rifle

I kept them upgraded and was able to put out decent damage

some parts ARE harder to upgrade than others I haven't beaten the game so I can't tell you much
