I doubt he would be allowed to remake that series.

If they ever 2199 gundam it would be nice to have him on as a consultant but I'm not sure I would like to see him as director.
It would be great to see them fix the problems with the original series' like beltorchka being replaced by sayla and combining ZZ and CCA like they were going to be originally.
