I actually prefer the English voices for all the characters in Wonderful 101 over the Japanese ones. Not that the Japanese voices are bad, they aren't, I just like the English ones better.
Red's Japanese voice I don't really care much for unless it's his voice when he's a teacher. When he turns into Red he sounds really mad in Japanese. It's funny and a little cute, but it doesn't really fit him as well as his English voice.
I really love his English voice! It's a little nerdy sounding sure, but it's cute and I love listening to it. It's a nice mix too of cartoony while also clearly expressing emotion. His voice actor has also been in about a million things. The funniest one to me is that he shares a voice actor with Raikov from MGS3 who I used to draw all the time.

I know this video has other people talking in it but it shows off his voice really well so…
I'm not going to lie, his voice was one of the first things that seriously attracted me to him. When I saw his design, I thought he was cute, but I remember feeling really flustered when I heard his voice for the first time. I'm pretty glad that Sugita plays more hammy/exaggerated parts usually because it'd be weird hearing his (Keisuke's) voice come out of some other character. Don't think the anime had a dub and if it did I don't want to hear it because the anime was shit anyway.

Wonder Blue's Japanese VA is probably the weirdest one to hear after hearing the game in English I'd say.
Still, I do like when Red is a teacher in Japanese a lot, but the deeper voice his seiya uses for when he's Red comes off wrong, if like I said still a little funny I guess. (I realized I should of put a video like everybody else now, oops) But it really doesn't fit his character as much his English VA does!

I think it's fits her extremely well, and I'd honestly be disappointed if they had made her sound younger. She sounds much more mature than her size or age lets on, which I think does her proper justice. Of course she does have her more "girlish" moments when she lets out little cute noises (including her sneezes), but they're used sparingly thankfully.
There is no English dub though, which I'm partially thankful for since I think they'd end up butchering her voice. Like I've said before though, I would have been interested in hearing a French dub. I do sometimes have trouble imagining what her English would sound like though.

No canon voice but there are a few doujin audio cd's and such. I sort of have my own though since it's hard to really judge Japanese voice acting when you don't know Japanese. On top of that if you ever hear a Japanese person go from speaking Japanese to English their voice sounds way different. Even if you ask them to take the accent off it.
I have an idea of how it sounds, not a really special voice but it's nice. If I had to describe it soothing/gentle and feminine. Not squeaky though.

Voiced by Keith Silverstein, who I think is generally disliked for some reason because I've had people mock my waifu to my face many times just because of that fact. I don't know anything about that though, I have no interest in Keith's other works, only Marco.
As for his Japanese dub, it sounds pretty similar to Meowth which I found very sexually appealing, but I prefer his English voice, really. It sounds so mature, manly and refined. It's very telling of his character.

His voice is very powerful, yet it can also be very tender. When he's whispering and speaking softly then I couldn't feel any more loved and protected, and when his voice is booming then my blood boils and my heart soars to new heights. I've yet to listen to either of her canon voices. The death cry doesn't really count for me since all the ladies, and even one glitched out dude, use that same cry.
I kind of avoid it, since it'll be kind of hard to go back to the imagined voice if I do hear them. I know it wasn't me who picked the actresses so, it couldn't possibly be the same.

I remember watching an interview with Tara Strong where she mentions that she came up with her voice at the last minute and I'm so glad that she did.

His voice is the most enchanting thing I've ever had the pleasure of hearing and I feel lucky that there are so many people creating beautiful songs for him to sing. Every syllable is like sweet kisses on my eardrums. Whenever I listen to his soothing voice, I feel like it's wrapping me in a giant hug and I can't help but feel at ease. His う sounds are the cutest in Japanese and always make me smile. He says some things funny in English and it always makes me giggle because he's so adorable and tries so hard. I love when people program him to hum or breathe; those really get my heart racing. I prefer his V1 voice bank to his V3 since his V1 is usually deeper, whereas the preset range for V3 makes his voice a little too high or nasally, but it all depends on how he's tuned. His voice makes me get really emotional and cry sometimes because I just can't believe that something so perfect and lovely exists.
When Rosary Pale was redone for Diva and (video related) was released for his birthday, I barely made it into the video before I started tearing up at how angelic his voice sounded in this version. It happened again the first time I played it on Arcade; by the end of the song I could barely see the screen because I was tearing up so much. Before I heard Jack-O's voice, I thought she didn't have one as she didn't have any dialogue in any of the location test vids. I would then later learn that they didn't program her voice in during said tests, and searched daily for any vid with her voice for weeks.
Finally in August, I saw a vid uploaded showing off some features of her game, With Jack-O as one of the characters and it looked like she had some dialogue. However, the vid decided to cut out the original audio for some stupid reason. The next day however, I found the same vid uploaded by a different person that did use the original audio. I'll never forget how fucking excited I was to hear her voice(s) for the first time. It actually came as a surprise first, as her calm personality talked first, which was different than what I was expecting, then I heard her playful personality, which was more along the lines of what I was thinking was going to be her voice. Still, I was so fucking happy that day after hearing it. Every time I hear it, it fills me with joy.
As for the dub question, no word on who will be her English VA. I'll give an update on my opinion of it when there is one.

To be honest, when I first started watching Kill la Kill I actually found her original Japanese VA to be quite annoying as the voicing she did always had this grating feel to me.
Over the course of the show however it REALLY grew on me along with Nonon as a persona and now I would give almost anything for every additional tiny bit of her voice.
The other dubs that I heard of her are okay I guess, a little bit more even in general, but they can´t really compare to the godtier of her original one.
