That might be technically impossible unless I was transported there before the game started (around 1993), but I wouldn't mind if time magic made it work otherwise. The only thing that would make me uncomfortable is if he didn't go through something similar at the same time… I don't think I could date someone half my age, even if it was just mentally. I know it says you don't age but experiences shape who you are and I can't imagine 20 years of living somewhere else not changing me if my memories are intact.
I actually played his game most recently but I think that's cheating. If it's not cheating then hell yes, I would do anything for that opportunity even though his world is shitty.

I would have to decline the offer as much as it pains me to say it.
As much as I would really enjoy being in her world; learning magic, being a badass fighter (either with swords or hand-to-hand), riding airships, and most of all being able to live with her and cherish every bit of it, to return after experiencing all that (not to mention having that knowledge that you would return to our world during the time with her) would be really painful for me. Although I'm sure she would understand, it would still be hard coming back after all that.
Perhaps if there was a way to make it permanent, find another way to be with her that wouldn't be temporary, or learn something in the world that would allow me to still visit her afterwards, then I would definitely do it for her, but given the conditions, it doesn't seem like there would be a way to have a loophole like that that wouldn't be cheating.

This is a very good point. If anyone is watching Under the Dome, then you know how messy this can get with just one year in an "alternate timeline", although there were other factors at play in that. I'd probably want to still do it and then have to deal with the repercussions later. But twenty years is a long time and I don't know if I could mentally handle having everyone else twenty years behind and not able to understand what I went through. I'd probably end up with some mental issues after that and I don't want it to affect my relationship with him.
I know I'd want to do it, but I know it probably wouldn't be a good thing for me mentally in the end.
