I could see Youmu pushing for more practical skills being taught in education. Or changing how things like science and history are presented to be more actionable. Right now they're fun but almost devoid of any actual value. You glean little on how to use them and it's just memorizing trivia. We need to show how they can be utilized in day to day life. People used to do this but as DIY-culture have died down we stopped.

Perhaps she'd try and push for more home-ec classes or expand PE. God help those kids if she targets PE.

What's also (and more) likely is she'd demand to be my closest secret service agent. She could probably use with some stealth training but once I get the best of the best on that she'd proceed to turn into an unstoppable killer keeping all my rivals in check.

Well, she has more than enough experience as former vice president of the school council.

It's actually hard to think about what sort of things she would work on. I'd like to think that she would work on programs that would help little kids be less lonely and in general support programs that improve the mental health of young people.

Keisuke wouldn't like being in the public eye, and I'm actually uncertain if his politics align with mine. He hasn't responded when I ask and I'm not sure if it's due to indifference or uncertainty or something else. We agree on most issues socially and domestically, but I don't know about his economic or international views and I don't know if he even finds my preferred form of government acceptable. I'm also not sure when you say that "anime is real", what about anime is real now? Every single anime plot? Or just the characters? What about supernatural abilities and such? What if anime becoming real means that the Third Impact happened or something? (I'm just mentioning Eva because, you know, memes and it's accessible; there are plenty of other catastrophic possibilities, too.) There's a lot to think about and I'm not sure if I can take into account all the changes that might happen should anime become real.

I imagine if somehow we did become the rulers of our country, the world doesn't become completely batshit insane, and for some reason we aren't violently overthrown immediately, Keisuke would try to keep my fellow politicians/secret service/etc in check and as corruption-free as he could, as quietly as he could. Injustice matters to him but he wouldn't want to make a spectacle of it. I imagine he'd spend a lot of his time doing that, even though he's not particularly graceful with words (although politicians have definitely been getting blunter lately).

Outside of that, he'd likely focus on helping those in poverty, especially children who don't get food outside of school. He would also, after gathering some courage, try to handle our nation's drug problem in a sensible way, both encouraging those who completely condemn drugs to explore the reasons why someone might take them and also providing rehabilitation for those who need it.

All that said, this is pretty hard to imagine even without the rules I mentioned above because Keisuke doesn't seek out conflict, nor does he particularly like to be in the spotlight.

I've thought alot about this and I think she would make wiping out ISIS the highest priority. She wouldn't let us rest until we took the fight to them. She would want to lead the operation personally.

I can not really see Nonon fight against injustice in society or bring about any social programs that are there to help the disadvantaged get social leverage, she does just not seem to care about other people that much.

I guess she would rather take some interest in furthering the traditional arts in a nation´s society, mostly of course classical music.

I could see her setting up government programs to help young talented people get on track if they wish to pursue musical careers or invest money in local marching bands or something like that.

Furthermore she is pretty sociable and self-assured, so even conducting an orchestra herself in the position of the first lady would not be unthinkable.

I think she could really make a fine first lady if not so much a head of state .

I could see her being interested in promoting some kind of scientific pursuit. She usually hates politics, but I think she could get behind some kind of scientific endeavor, since she is a scientist herself.

Marisa lived in a isolated and magical world where legal rules are not binding and the only way to establish dominance or control over an issue is by winning on a forceful confrontation.There's also no restrictions whatsoever regarding businesses, and minimal over laws of confrontation (the "danmaku system".)

Thus, maybe there's no way Marisa will anything be but an anarcho-capitalist. I never liked that line of thinking too much.

If such were to happen, it's either she wouldn't want to bother with political issues at all, seeing them as a overly complicated chore, or something she would be very active at, but she'll be solely anarchistic in her beliefs, wanting to turn the country into another Gensokyo.

Youmu would fit in undercover as a first lady well, but we would have to disguise ghost-half as a big white dog. My suspicion is that she would turn the entire White House lawn into a zen garden.

Ryuko isnt much of a pen pusher so whatever she chooses to do will have her being active in it. She might travel around trying to encourage people and make them stronger.

He would probably work to help restore the arts in our schools, as many music and theatre programs are dying out in favor of sports budgets and common core bullshittery.

First and foremost, we make sure to enjoy those waves of butt-hurt and the boom in the US salt industry, followed by plenty of photos to commemorate the date. She'd definitely turn some heads once people found out that she was the First Lady, but that just makes it even more enjoyable really.

I think her primary campaign would be to raise literacy rates and push books to the youth of America, since it's what occupied more of her childhood. National reading lists, conferences, setting education standard, etc. would be right up her alley. Though, I think that she might quickly branch off into literacy in general, not just for children. So getting people from all classes and walks of life to pick up a book rather than the TV remote or phone would work.

Behind the scenes I think she'd dabble with CIA or FBI affairs. Nothing too deep or bound with red-tape, but some lighter cases that she could easily crack with a bit of effort. While it'd be beneficial for sure, she'd probably see it as a small hobby on the side to keep things interesting every so often.

Aside from that though, any other time spent as First Lady she'd probably use to conduct her self properly and look beautiful while doing it. I know that I'd love to see the looks on people's faces when we meet other dignitaries, especially when she's so dainty and elegant. The real kicker would be when she opens up her mouth and is just as versed on the issue at hand as I am (or even more than me). At the same time though, I know she'd get satisfaction out of it too, knowing that she can stake her claim on me for the world to see. I swear we're not as vain as we sound
