Speaking of which when watching an idol OVA from the early 90s there was a character that resembled Chihaya (but with breasts). Although technically it's the other way around since that came out first. The style changes between episodes, seems to be a common thing with older OVAs. I guess it's well known for popularizing VAs singing for their characters (in the past characters would have different VAs for speaking and singing). Seems it was going to get a TV series at some point but didn't. It's too bad as it was kind of interesting.

I don't have a background with my waifu, because I like my current backgrounds for both PC and phone too much and the pictures, that could be used as background are either too bright for my taste or are just too busy, so I would have to make one, which is not that of a problem, but still.

You can make your own stickers easily. I print chibi pictures on good quality computer paper, cut them out, then apply them to my laptop with self-adhesive laminating sheets, leaving at least a 1/4 inch border around the image for it to stick. My laptop surface is smooth and the oldest sticker I have on it is almost 3 years old with no signs of wear. I don't know if something like that would work for what you have.
