I know very little about it besides random stuff like the OIRA receiving training in the DPRK in the 80s, or Ramiz Alia (leader of Albania after Hoxha's death) meeting with Irish Marxist-Leninists and asking them about the OIRA and PIRA since under him Kosovar Albanians started receiving covert military training.
