The "survey" in question lumped together anarcho-syndicalists, anarcho-socialists, mutualists, synthesists, etc. with the "non-communists". As elementary school math should have taught you, definition by exclusion can land you with a set with very disparate elements, many of which would even be closer to the excluded property itself.
